Cancellations / Refunds / Exchanges

 Cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment needs to be made 24+ hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.  The fee is equal to half the cost of the scheduled service. 

Services: The goal for all our staff at Vaya is to leave every guest looking and feeling their best!  In the rare and unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 10 days of the date of your service so we can remedy the situation.  Unfortunately, refunds are not allowed on services. 

We are more than happy to exchange any new or gently used retail items for store credit equal to the original purchase price.  No refunds are issued.
